1-bedroom condo available in SF for fall quarter - right by Caltrain!

My wife and I are going to be out of the country for fall quarter and are looking for someone to rent our condo in Dogpatch, just two blocks from the 22nd Street Caltrain stop (31 minute ride to campus). It's 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms. Not good for roommates, but great for someone solo or a couple. Fully furnished, high-end appliances (dishwasher, w/d, etc.), balcony, gym in the building, parking potentially available. The neighborhood is awesome. I'm basically looking to cover my mortgage, which is not cheap, but FAR less than market rent. Treat yourself to four months in the city!
