Bathroom (Shared with other bedroom): 70 square feet: Full bathroom with 2 sinks, shower/tub, and toilet

Landing and closet: 50 square feet. This area is shared between the 2 bedrooms. Small Fridge and Microwave are in closet.

Semi private access to upstairs suite area.

Utilities included (Power, water, garbage, cable TV, WiFi). Suite has separate Heat and AC controls.
