Room 1: 240 square feet.Views of East Bay Mountains and SF Bay.Wall mounted 50” HDTV Provided with Satellite tuner (no “premium” channels). 1 Large sliding door closet and another smaller closet.
Room 2: 320 square feet. Room is furnished with king bed, dresser (with mirror), and armoire. Very long sliding door closet.
Bathroom: 70 square feet: Full bathroom with 2 sinks, shower/tub, and toilet
Landing and closet: 50 square feet. This area is shared between the 2 bedrooms. Small Fridge and Microwave are in closet.
Semi private access to upstairs suite area.
Utilities included (Power, water, garbage, cable TV, WiFi). Suite has separate Heat and AC controls.
During drought: Renters will pay 1/3 of water bill if water is wasted. If renter is not conscientious about power usage, 1/3 of the PG&E bill will also be shared.
Street parking available for 1 car.
Weekend access to washer/dryer (2 loads per week maximum)
No kitchen privileges in the host/main house.
No kitchen in suite. Microwave and small refrigerator are provided.

About the house and occupants:
Husband, wife and 20 year-old son (attending Foothill College). We both work. Fairly quiet.
House is an updated and well maintained ranch on a quiet cul-de-sac.

No pets (but we have 2 cats).
Overnight guests are permitted with notice and if not frequent or long term.

Minutes from and easy access to I-280. 10 minutes to I-101. 1.25 miles from DT Los Altos. About 4 miles from California Ave , Palo Alto. 5 minutes from the Stanford University campus, Also 8 minutes to Foothill College. Centrally located in Silicon Valley - near Facebook, Google, VMware, SAP, Tesla and many other tech companies and start-ups.

To move in: Security deposit: $1,400 + first month's rent (totaling $2,800).
