Rate is 400$ for the entire period + 100 $ refundable security deposit.
Sublet period is -- September 04-September 10. Dates are not flexible. You need to move out September 10th.
The apartment is going to be very clean and is fully furnished ( including kitchen appliances).
Will rent to a couple or a female tenant.
