1 bedroom in 2BR/1.5Bath Apartment Super Close to Campus

1 bedroom is available in roomy 2-floor, 2-bed, 1.5-bath for the school year (September 9-End of June). Two of our roommates currently share the room and will be moving out at the end of the summer. The room is cozy for 2 people or spacious for 1 person. We are a couple who are both coterminal master's students this coming year. We're both friendly, open people who are clean/relatively neat. We're looking for 1 or 2 people to rent the room for the school year who are easy to get along with and open to helping keeping up the apartment.
