Who: Looking for a female young professional or graduate student to fill a room in a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse in Menlo Park. You would be living with 2 female young professionals who are friendly, love cooking, exercising, and hanging out.

What: The available room is spacious with a great closet that has built in shelves and drawers. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other person. You have access to a pool and washer/dryer units as part of the complex.

Where: You would be a block away from a Safeway and Starbucks. You would also be walking distance of marguerite stop that can take you to Stanford campus. It is also biking distance of campus. We are located a 5 minute drive from downtown menlo park and 10 minutes from downtown palo alto.

When: The room will be available starting March 12th. There is some flexibility for the end date but is is June 5th with the possibility of mid/late june.

How much: $1400/month + utilities
