Hello! My name is Renee (f23), and my roommate Emily (f22) and I are looking for a third roommate to share a 3br/2b house in downtown San Mateo.
The house has an in-unit washer/dryer, central AC, a sun room, and a cute backyard! It's only a 14-minute walk to the San Mateo Caltrain station and a 10-minute walk to shops and restaurants. There is a driveway that fits two cars and free street parking.
We're looking for a new graduate in their early/mid twenties. Women/non-men preferred, but we're open if it's a good fit! Non-negotiables are pets, hard drugs, and frequent large parties.
Move-in date is flexible but ideally between August 1st and 15th. The rent is $2,066 if split equally three ways, but we can be slightly flexible depending on whether you'd like a private or shared bath.
