1 bedroom in a 2 story house in San carlos to rent - 1310 $/month

One of our roommates is moving out in October, 20th 2019, leaving a nice unfurnished room to rent for 1310 $/month ! We are therefore looking for a nice roommate to share our big house in San Carlos.
A little bit about us: we enjoy exploring SF/bay area on weekends, hiking, cooking, working out, trying out new restaurants/bars, and hanging out. We are clean and respectful, and would like a housemate who is also clean, pays rent on time, does his/her share of chores, and is considerate.

The lease is month to month. Street parking only.

Perks of location:

Great location with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance, safe, and cute neighborhood.
Located only 30 mins from San Francisco and a 5 minute walk to the San Carlos Caltrain station.

• in-unit washer & dryer
• 1.5 bathroom
• Large Balcony
• New Kitchen (High end appliances – dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, oven, stove top, lots of cabinet space, etc)
• Garage for storage
• Spacious living room
• 2 story home
• Ample closet space
• Your bedroom: good sized room, closet, one window - NOT furnished

Cost:

• $1,310 per month (for a total rent of ~ 1400 /month all included) : Utilities (70 $ / month / person) and wifi ($15)

We are easy to get along with and would like to get along with our new housemate, and just hope for a nice, easy going person that is clean and does his/her share of chores, etc, but due to past experience, we would like to emphasize a few things that we are looking for in a housemate:

• Cleans up after herself anywhere in the house, especially in the bathroom
• Respectful, does his/her share of chores
• Aware of electricity and water usage – turns off lights if not using, make sure faucets are not left on, etc

Not allowed:

• No raging parties - A few people over is okay once in a while, but no messing up the house, hard drugs, heavy drinking, etc
• Minimal overnight guests
• No cigarette smoking
• No blasting loud music
• No pets

Notes:

• We are open to you bringing in kitchen ware; our kitchen is community style so feel free to share with us ex. plates, utensils, appliances, etc
