• Cleaning lady comes once a month (~$35)
• Rent: $1,500/month + ~$40/month for PGE & Comcast
• Can move in Feb 1

You would be sharing the apartment with two other roommates, both in their mid-twenties and work in tech.

We are looking for a tidy/clean working professional in their mid 20s/30s that does not spend most of their day working from home. No couples or animals please.
