The house is in a new neighborhood and has two living rooms, a dining room, a kitchen, and a half bathroom downstairs. The bedrooms are upstairs, along with a loft area and washer/dryer in unit. You would get your own bedroom and share a bathroom with 2 other girls. The bathroom has two sinks and a separate door for the toilet and bathtub.
Parking available on the street.
We are three friendly. easy-going 20-something females. We value cleanliness, doing dishes, and paying rent. We are looking for someone who's also clean, friendly, and responsible.
No drugs and no pets.
