A room to be rent in a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse in a quiet neighborhood and lovely complex in Mountain View. Close to Google, Costco, Central Expressway, Hwy 101, Hwy 237 and Hwy 85. The room is more than 150 sq ft with beautiful hardwood floor.
We are a family of three: parents in middle of 50th working in Stanford, a boy of senior high school student. Tenant will share a bathroom with the boy.
A washer and dryer are available for laundry use. Kitchen can be used to prepare meal. In the residential complex, there are swimming pool, common space for party, and barbecue.
Monthly rent $1500, include utilities and high-speed Internet access. One month deposit required (will be returned if no any damage with clean room). Non-smoking and no drugs.
The room is available from September 16.
