1 bedroom in Menlo Park Cottage Aug-Sept

Starting August 14th a three week sublet will be available in a 1 bedroom, fully furnished, in a beautiful Menlo Park cottage (2 bedroom/1 bath). There are all hardwood floors and fully remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The washer/drier is in the apartment complex next door. Two blocks from Santa Cruz Avenue, two miles from Stanford University and a few blocks from Safeway and Trader Joe's. Rent is $350/week which includes utilities and normal household supplies.This room is only suitable for one person. I would prefer to live with a female, but I'm pretty open.
