I know it's a little far from campus (but it's close to the city!). I have a one-bedroom in Millbrae and my lease does not end until March. So I am hoping for someone to take over my lease or sublet it from me until then. It's part of Waterstone apartment complex so it's conveniently located. I pay $2,000 a month for it. Utilities come separately. Of course, you can take over my lease or sublet it from me depending situation. It's typical one bedroom, one bathroom, with living room and kitchen of course.
The reason I want to move out is because I bought a house (also in Millbrae), for which I am also looking for a potential tenant.
