We have a very nice 2br/1ba apartment which is only 2 miles distance from Stanford campus. The location is within 15mins biking distance to Stanford and San Antonio Shopping Center.
I am a Stanford affiliated female. I preferred housemate would be quiet and responsible female. No smoking and no pets.

The rent is very reasonable for the area at about $1100/month for lease of one year. $500 deposit is required. Utilities: ~40/mo.
