Our roommate has moved out, and his room (the second largest in the house) is now available immediately, with an earlier start date preferred. The entire place was remodeled before we moved in in August, so there's new paint, completely redone bathrooms, and a new kitchen with stainless steel appliances. It's an amazing 2 Bath, 4BR place with a very large hard-wood floor living room. The apartment is the bottom floor of a 3-floor Victorian house. Located 5-minutes from 24th St Bart, and surrounded by amazing restaurants, bars and cultural activities, we absolutely love this neighborhood!
