1 Bedroom in Spacious Downtown Palo Alto Unit (Available August 20)

I am a 26 y/o male graduate student seeking a roommate to live in 1 bedroom of a very spacious 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom Unit in downtown Palo Alto. The apartment is shared with a family that also rents from the landowner. My roommate will be taking her furniture with her when she moves out mid-August, but the common spaces of the apartment are furnished almost entirely, and there is also room to bring in other items (see pictures). I have one cat (the black one), and we have had / will have room for another if necessary. No dogs, unfortunately.

Some benefits include being near two parks and across the street from the Willows Market, which has food trucks every Monday evening. There is already wifi installed, I have also been lucky enough to inherit a sixty-inch TV from the family upstairs.
