1 bedroom w private bath

We are a Scandinavian family with a bedroom w private bath for rent. House is located in Barron Park, close to the top of Bol Park next to the bike path to Stanford (10 min by bike according to Google Maps). Room is furnished, rent is $1,350 per month and all utilities are included (incl. very fast wifi) as well as professional cleaning every two weeks. We are looking for a responsible, female grad or PhD student. Room is available from Jan 22nd until early June.
