I will be off-campus this quarter and am subletting a room in our Rains 2-bedroom. The room is furnished with a full-sized bed, bedside-table, drawers for clothes, desk, and chair. Female roommate. There will be no personal things remaining in the room (books, clothes, etc) so you'll have all the storage you need. The living room is fully-furnished, I will be leaving my TV and microwave, and the kitchen fully stocked with dishes, cups, pots and pans, silverware, etc. The apartment is on the first floor and stays cool during the day.

I'm charging the standard rate for Rains 2BR housing as listed on Stanford's website, $1,126/month.
