Very close to Menlo Park Caltrain, Starbucks, Facebook HQ, Bedwell Bayfront Park, Willows Market, the Menlo Park VA (for any Stanford students who volunteer at Arbor Free Clinic) and more.

$722/month. Utilities separate (~$20/mo). Water is included. Lease is currently month-to-month, but we're hoping to move to a longer term lease. Security deposit is $685.

We’re big fans of the occasional house potluck, game night, and karaoke night! You’re welcome to have guests over, as long as everyone respects the common spaces and the noise level. There will be 7 of us total, including you!
