We're looking for a housemate to fill one bedroom in a 3 bed, 2 bath home in Redwood City. The home sits within a quiet neighborhood, with quick access to 101, 280, El Camino Real and all public transportation!
One spacious bedroom (unfurnished) with natural light and a large closet is available beginning August 1. This room shares a bathroom with one other female. Enjoy furnished shared living room, dining room and kitchen spaces, plus washer + dryer in the attached garage, and driveway or ample street parking. Large backyard deck, with table/chairs and grill is yours to enjoy as well! Walking distance to Starbucks, Safeway and other food (including Chuck's Donuts!), two miles or less to Whole Foods, Target, RWC CalTrain station and 101/280 access.
Rent is $1100/month, utilities are separate. Deposit is $1167, due upon move-in. Looking for at least a 12-month commitment. Available August 1, possibly earlier. Female applicants strongly preferred. No smoking, no pets (sorry!)
