Looking to rent out one furnished room in a 5 bedroom one story house in Midtown Palo Alto from Feb 1st-March 1st (1 month total). Bathroom will be shared with 2 other females. There is a stocked kitchen with appliances for your use. Washer and dryer are in the house as well. House also has a living room/dining area, backyard deck, and storage shed. Parking is available on the street and in the driveway. Located in a safe, quiet area on a cul-de-sac and is close to the 101 and Oregon Expressway. Safeway, Starbucks, Walgreens, CVS, etc. within a few blocks. Looking for a clean and responsible female roommate that will be easy to get along with. We are all female (mid 20's) and are also all associated with Stanford: 3 MD students one RN hospital employee. Utilities split equally between all tenants.
