1 BR for Rent in a furnished 3BR House in Beachmont Revere

I am looking for a roommate to rent one of the rooms in my 3-bedroom house. The house is a 3-story single family with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom located in Beachmont. The location is a short walk to the Beachmont MBTA stop on the blue line, and also a short walk to Revere Beach and Short Beach. Free use of washer/dryer in the basement is available. The neighborhood is quiet and private, but still close to the city and easy to reach by car, bike, or public transit. Easy access to airport, East Boston, and downtown. Access to a shared driveway is included, and there is also plenty of free street parking available.

Rent for each room is $975 plus electricity, gas, and cable/internet. The house has plenty of storage space available. Most common areas are already furnished, but the bedroom is not. There is a small yard and space for a garden and outdoor activities welcome to be used by all roommates. The lease is for 12 months plus the option to continue beyond that time. Initial deposit is first, last, and security, but NO BROKER FEE. Because there is no broker fee, this room costs the same over the lifetime of the lease as one renting at $900 with a broker fee. Washer and dryer are in the basement and free to use. Cats and other pets are negotiable, but dogs are not allowed.

The room is currently available, so there is flexibility to start the within during July or August. We can also schedule move-in for August 1 or September 1. Two current roommates live in the house and share the space. Both are men in late 20's - early 30's, working full-time jobs.
