"Hi all, our apartment on Sand Hill Road has an extra room furnished with a twin bed, closet, table, chair and desk lamp. The room is available for both short (at least 2 weeks) and long term (maximally 6 month with potential of extending) subleasing. Rent is $35 per day or $1000/month including all utilities.
About us: We are a family of 3 (myself- Stanford researcher, my mother-in-law, my baby daughter). My husband comes down every weekend from Davis to visit us. We are friendly, love food, respectful and have friends over once in a while but never have loud party.
The apartment is located in a quiet green neighborhood. It is within 2 miles to the train, Safeway and Trader Joe, etc. Free buses from Stanford also have stops right in front of the complex. Easy access to highway 101 and 280 makes it ideal for commuters as well. The apartment is very spacious, with lots of sunlight during the day, and common areas are fully furnished. You will have limited access to the kitchen and share the bathroom with everyone in the house.
About you: Single person only - not for couple, no smoke, no pet, preferably no overnight guest, respectful, keeping the common area clean and organized, preferably Stanford affiliates or professionals.
