1 BR in 2BR Apartment-Palo Alto-$1150

I am looking for a roommate for my lovely two bedroom apartment in Palo Alto. It is located in the Barron Park Neighborhood. The apartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The bedrooms have good sized closets. The bedroom you would be moving into has a double bed for sale (although the room can come without it). The living and dining room area is very spacious, and it is connected to a beautiful sunroom decorated with white wicker furniture and plants. No television. The kitchen is on the smaller side. (Contact me for pictures). The washer and dryer for the apartment building are located directly across from the unit making it very convenient. Street parking is very easy and is never a problem. Landlady lives in building and is very responsive.

Move in date is anywhere from July1-September 1. Preference will be given for a move in date by July 1. There is a possibility that the move in date could be as early as June 16. Rent is $1150. Utilities run about $20-30 per month.

You: Female in her late twenties or early thirties who has a 9-6 job, and goes to sleep at reasonable hours during the week. Stress-free, respectful, friendly, self-aware, and willing to share in weekly cleaning responsibilities. Non-smoking, no pets. Must commit to signing a yearlong lease beginning September 1.

Me: Female in her late twenties who has a few more months left of graduate school at Stanford, and then will be working in the South Bay.
