This bedroom, in a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse in Sunnyvale (less than a mile south of the Caltrain station) is available starting March 18. The townhouse has spacious common areas (living room , dining room, kitchen), utilities (water, gas, electricity, internet), appliances (dishwasher, washer, dryer, oven, fridge), parking and storage space, picturesque landscaping and great people :). I can also keep my bike if you would like to use it (the Caltrain station is ~7 mins by bike). The room has a walk in closet.

Rent is $1190/month (all utilities included, prorated according to the actual number of days stayed). Lease duration is flexible. Deposit is $400.
