We have a private bedroom available in Sharon Heights (Menlo Park), near Stanford campus (5 min bike), SLAC shuttle stops, Safeway, Starbucks, CVS and other shopping areas.
The bathroom is shared with another tenant. Also, you are more than welcome to use our beautiful common area, furnished balcony with a large table, kitchen and storage.
The current tenants are two male Stanford affiliates, post-doc in Engineering and MD-PhD, in our early 30s. We are sociable, fun, active and athletic, exciting young professionals, artists and musicians. We enjoy our time together and respect each other's privacy. We are clean, organized and respectful.
Requirements: clean, proactive, disciplined, sociable, fun and not more than 1 tenant please. Please let us know more about yourself.
The rent would be 1600$/month plus utilities and wifi.
