We are three Stanford folks (one female post-doc in Infectious Disease, one female GSBer, one male design school affiliate) and one engineer (female) living in super beautiful 5 bedroom place on Embarcadero Rd and looking for one more respectful and awesome roommate ASAP. Three of us know each other from college and like weekly community dinners but otherwise a quiet and clean home.

The house is spacious, sunny, recently renovated, and very conveniently located-15 minute bike ride to downtown PA/20 minute bike ride to campus, right next to 101. Photos in Zillow link below. Rent for available room is $1045 + utilities and there is also a $1200 security deposit and $167 lease resigning fee. Lease is for one year. The room is a good size with decent closet space, hardwood floors, and its own back door entrance. Bathroom would be shared with 2 other people. Finally, the property owner is very strict about financial security, so stable income and good credit score is required.
