1 br in Rains - Sept 1 to 23 (Male)

I live in a Rains 2BR apartment at Stanford University. I am going looking for a male Stanford affiliate for subletting my 1 bedroom in the 2 bedroom apartment.

I want to sublet from 1st Sept - 23rd Sept and expect a rent of $35 per day (slightly negotiable).
The dates can be slightly adjusted.
I would also like a refundable security deposit of $200.

All utilities are included - garbage, water, sewer and electricity.
Fully-equipped kitchen with a stove-oven, a microwave, a refrigerator and utensils.
Spacious living room area with a comfortable couch, a dining table with 4 chairs.
Fully-furnished bedrooms with a table, chair , closet, book-racks, a chest of drawers, a comfortable bed and a bedside table.

Laundry is free and the laundry rooms are very close to the house.
