1 br in spacious Victorian Flat in Potrero Hill w/ huge garden ($1900)

Looking for a respectful roommate for my 2br/1ba flat in Potrero Hill with AMAZING garden, washer and dryer, etc.

Here are the deets:
*Rent: $1900 + Utilities. I haven't lived here long enough to determine Utilities yet. We pay for water, gas, and garbage.
1200 sq ft. (whole house). The room is the larger of the two bed rooms.
Room can come partially furnished.
Living room and kitchen common spaces are already furnished but I would appreciate any furnishings you are willing to contribute.
Washer and Dryer in unit
Super large garden currently with Kale, Chard, lettuce, rosemary, and lavender (bonus points if you like gardening as we will get a break on rent if we keep the garden in good shape).
Outdoor patio & grill shared with upstairs unit. (they don't use it much).
Large kitchen w/ gas stove, dish washer and garbage disposal (I have lived places without garbage disposals and it is miserable)

About me:
26 y/o female working as a mechanical engineer/project manager at a local startup.
I work long hours and want to come home to relaxing place to unwind.
I am clean, pretty quiet, and really active when I have time to be active.
In my free time, I swim, bike, run, sing, play piano (badly) and hang out with my awesome golden retriever.
I have an 8.5 y/o Golden Retriever, who is the sweetest dog you'll ever meet. She goes pretty much everywhere with me.
I don't smoke and rarely drink. Occasionally, I'll have friends over but they always leave at a reasonable hour.

About you:
You are not a couple (sorry.)
You like dogs or at least my dog. She really likes to convert cat people.
You are a relatively clean and respectful roommate.
You don't smoke and don't plan to have regular overnight guests. I don't care if you like to party; just don't bring the party home with you all of the time.
You are willing to test out prototypes I am working on at work.
Bonus: You know how to garden, you like to cook, or you have some awesome hobby that I can't think of. I love people who are passionate about something. Ultimately, I want my roommate to be someone with whom I can share this incredible space and whom I want to see and hang out with after a long day at work.
