The second bedroom in the top floor of my duplex is available for rent in Glen Park SF. I'm the only other occupant, a recent Stanford alum who works in Cupertino.

It is great for a South Bay commuter -- 34 minutes / 32 miles to Stanford! It's right along the 280 and 5 minutes from the Glen Park Bart. It's a very safe neighborhood and there is ample street parking. Relatively close to tech shuttles.
