1 BR/private bathroom in 2 BR 4 plex

Starting December 15th I will have 1 bedroom available in my 2 bedroom 4 plex. You will have free covered parking, washer and dryer in unit, and private bathroom. In Linfield Oaks neighborhood 2 miles from Stanford Hospital. At least 6 month lease required. I have been an employee at Stanford for over 10 years and would like to continue living in this place with a suitable roommate. The place is located about equal distance between Palo Alto and Menlo Park Caltrain station.
Utilities are additional approximately $100/month. No smoking or pets allowed. Prefer someone who does not have a lot of guests/overnight guests. Thanks for reading.
