We are two roommates, we have the living room completely separated which is 19X14 feet in size, and would be available for next 6 months. The monthly rent will be 1450$ including all utilities. The living room is furnished with a closet, study desk + chairs and some shelves. The room would be available from December 15th. Please contact if you'd be interested. The other room would be occupied by a male occupant. This opening is for males only.
