Room available from 3/21-6/22, but start and end dates are flexible.

House includes a large deck and back yard (with picnic table, fruit trees, etc), a washing machine/dryer, and a dish washer. Supplies/furniture in kitchen, dining room, and living room available for your use during your stay. Plenty of on-street parking.

The room is large, fully furnished (queen bed, desk, chairs, lounge area, dresser), has a window seat, and gets amazing sunlight.

Other roommates include 3 Stanford medical students and 1 working in finance (all female, in mid-20s). All are very busy, but easy going, sociable, and considerate roommates.

Rent: $1200/month (negotiable) + utilities
