I are renting out our LIVING ROOM in our 1-bed/1 bath apartment for the amount of $850 for a month. We will share the utilities. The space for the living room is relative separate.
The apartment is located in Curtner Ave 385, about 15 min bicycle to Stanford. Everything is ready for room, you don't need prepare more. The preferred data for move in is Mar 31, and May 4 for moving out. Please let me know if you are interested. Thanks.
