*Even though this is East Palo Alto area, it is a gated complex with secured underground parking so it's very safe and also located right across the Menlo Park Fire Station and easy access to 101 and University Ave.

In the house, kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including fridge, dishwasher and microwave.
Living room is very bright with high vaulted ceilings.
