Our house is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood just 0.1 mile from Maverick T Station. From here you can reach Downtown Boston or the airport in under 5 minutes, and places like Fenway Park, the Boston Convention Center, or Cambridge in about 20 minutes.
We’re just a 2-minute walk to the scenic Boston waterfront, with bike sharing right around the corner — perfect for exploring!

The space
Pros:
This room is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, with easy access to public transportation. A great base for exploring Boston!
Cons:
My small dog lives with me in the house. She’s friendly but may bark briefly when guests are in the kitchen — she usually settles quickly. If she doesn’t, feel free to message me, and I’ll come home to check on her if I’m working late.
As with many older homes in Boston, the walls are thin, so you might hear other guests coming and going at times.
This is a private single room with a queen-size bed located on the ground floor, which may experience some street noise.
The kitchen is available only for reheating meals or getting water.
To ensure minimal disturbance to other guests, kitchen usage is limited to between 8am and 9pm. You’re welcome to access water or use the kitchenette outside of these hours.
