The space:

This suite is our cozy retreat, and we love sharing it with guests. It’s tucked away on our property, surrounded by greenery, so it feels peaceful and private even though the neighborhood is full of life. The studio shares one wall with our main house, but you have your own entrance off a rarely used outdoor staircase and it’s completely your space.

Inside, is a comfy queen bed, full bath with tub, and a small kitchen with the basics you’ll need—gas stove/oven, mini fridge, microwave, French press, kettle, cooking essentials and eating area. There’s also fast Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and dedicated work desk.

Its a well designed space with all the amenities for solo travelers or a duo who want a quiet place to recharge while being close to everything.

Please note: the property is up a sloped driveway. There are stairs leading up from the street.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire guest suite during their stay. The space is completely private with its own entrance, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable experience. The only shared area is the exterior stairway. Please note: street parking is available only (unlimited), and there is no washer or dryer in the unit, but multiple laundromats close to us.
