1 nice bedroom in a Palo Alto convenient, spacious Apartment (Summer)

I'm a current Stanford PhD student and am subletting my bedroom for July and August while I'm away (July 9-Aug. 25, moving-in and moving-out dates can be negotiated).

The apartment is a convenient 3 miles from Stanford campus and located in the beautiful Midtown area (near Oregon Express Way/Middlefield Road). 15 minutes' biking distance from Stanford. Safeway is just across from the street, and there is a pool in the apartment complex, with tennis courts 5 min away. The apartment and the room are fully furnished and equipped with a kitchen and all facilities you'll need. Ideal for visiting scholars, post-docs and summer interns (female only).

You will have my room for your own and share a clean bathroom with one of my roommates, a quiet female young professional (Berkeley graduate).

Monthly rent is very reasonable: $1250 + utilities (about $50-60 a month). Preference will be given to Stanford affiliates (female only) and those who can cover the entire period.
