I recently found myself with two empty rooms in this great 3-bedroom townhome in Mountain View. It is in a housing development and you will have access to the pool and a hot tub. Dates are VERY flexible, we can do a yearly lease, or a summer only lease... Just make me an offer.
Location, Location, Location:
- Close to 101, 85, 237, El Camino.
- 20 minutes from Stanford.
- Very close to a Light-Rail station, allowing transfers to Caltrain, which makes this a perfect choice for commuters.

- Parking is a little iffy, but there can be a covered garage spot for your car if that's important to you (may adjust rent up).
Rent / Dates:
- Flexible - around $1000/month + utilities per room (negotiable)
- Flexible - perfect for students with summer internships lined up
Room:
- You will be renting one or two (almost identical) bedrooms that share a common bathroom in the hall (pictured). They are a little larger than the average Stanford bedroom.
- They may be furnished if you wish, or unfurnished if you have furniture (rent adjusts down accordingly).
About me:
- I'm a Stanford Electrical Engineering alumni who graduated a few years ago (statistics support that I am male).
- I work at a technology company in the area, and so I'm rarely at home.
- When I am home, I love to cook and invite friends over for board games or video games.
- I don't party much in the house (due to neighbors) itself but I do enjoy the SF nightlife.
- I'm also very open-minded about everything (interpret that as you will).
- If it sounds like we'd get along, send me a message and tell me about yourself.
About you:
- Interested in tech / somewhat of a geek (like me)
- Open minded
- Willing to provide references (mutual friends from Stanford would do)
- Responsible (i.e: willing to keep the floor free of scratches, pay rent on time... etc)
Disclaimer:
The photos are from a sales listing for a property in the Whisman Park housing complex. The fixtures (kitchen and bath) are exactly the same, EXCEPT the building you will be living in will have hardwood flooring on the first floor. Brazilian Cherry, actually. Photos are for reference only, but if you want to help decorate the interior to look that good, we should definitely talk.
