1 or 2 BR wanted for 9 months (or longer) starting Sept

I'm starting a Master's degree in Sept. I'd like a large 1 BR or 2BR place (apt/condo/cottage) that I could, ideally, stay in for the duration of my degree. Driving distance (20 mins) to Stanford is ok.
