Hi, my roommate is looking for someone to take over her 1-year lease in a Palo Alto apartment near Trader Joes and Palo Alto High School. You will have your own room, but the bathroom would be shared. The apartment is available in September and the cost is $1200 per person. Gas, electric, and water are included.

Female roommate is preferred.
