1 Room available in 2BD 1BA Apartment in San Francisco

Hi,

I'm leaving my room in San Francisco and am looking for a replacement!

You would be taking over a bedroom in a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment (however, no living room) in the center of the city. The cross streets are Post/Leavenworth. Union Square is a short 3-block walk, and the area is very walkable -- a few blocks below the crazy hills of upper Nob Hill/Russian Hill. The roommate is a female graphic design student at the Academy of Art University, from South Korea.

Move-in date will be in early April. Females only, please. No smoking, no drugs, no parties in the apt, no overnight visitors! Please don't reach out if that sounds too strict -- my roommate is very mellow and she is looking for the same. :)
