Hi - I am a 29 yo male Stanford medical resident looking for a house mate. I have put a deposit down on a 2br 2ba at the Colonnade Los Altos t - a Stanford subsidized apartment complex. I have to apartment held until Tuesday afternoon. Amenities include your own bathroom, brand new apt with wood floors/new kitchen. Carpet in bedroom. Complex has large gym, hot tub, roof top, community terrace and lounge room. It is a 3rd floor corner unit with a beautiful large deck and mountain views and from the guest (what would be your) bedroom, which also has a walk in closet. I am looking for a clean, fun house mate to live with. Dogs ok. I do not smoke. I am not a neat freak, but like to keep the common areas clean. Rent would be roughly $2100 plus utilities.
