I'm open to taking either the downstairs room with door or enclosed upstairs loft.

Very convenient for those that work downtown or commute south. Right next to 280/Caltrain and walking distance to Safeway, AT&T Park, and elsewhere in Soma. Parking is also pretty easy with street permit. Garage parking available as well.

The apartment is new construction. Secure entrance. Stainless steel appliances. Granite countertop. In-unit washer & dryer. Hardwood floors in common area.

We would split PG&E and internet, which is about $40/person/month.

About me: I'm a 25 male grad working at a startup in the financial district. You would need to co-sign a lease for 6 months, then month-to-month.

Pros:

-Secured entrance

Cons:
-Loft does not have a door, but is enclosed (downstairs room has sliding door)
