1 large room available in a 3BR, 2BA 3rd floor flat at the top of Potrero Hill (20th and Rhode Island). Easy access to 22nd Street Caltrain and the Mission.

Apartment is large, clean, and fully furnished with partial views of downtown and Bay Bridge. Room available has limited view but plenty of morning sunshine / natural light. Room itself is not furnished (unlike pictures).

We are 3 Stanford masters graduates (2014) (2 guys, 1 girl) all working in cleantech, looking for a clean and respectful 4th roommate.

Rent is month-to-month, $1500, plus utilities.

Room is available immediately if needed, but desired move in date is January.
