1 room in nice big house near campus (June-September)

I am subletting a nice, spacious bedroom in a 3 bedroom house in Menlo Park (biking distance to campus 15 minutes). Safeway, CVS and various cafes are close by and the house mates are very friendly, laid back and clean. They're both Stanford grad students, 1 male, 1 female. The room is fully furnished (large walk-in closet, bookcase, bed, desk, chair, nightstand) and the house has a full kitchen, bathroom, big living room with a fireplace and giant TV as well as a nice yard out back. The room faces the yard and is quiet and sunny. Parking and storage space are included and I would be happy to leave you my bike.

I'll be gone June 15th till September 1st but these dates are negotiable.

Rent: $960/month + utilities (usually around $40).
