I'm subletting a room in a 2B2B on-campus apartment for a month. The date are flexible.

Time: Dec. 11 afternoon, 2017 — Jan. 10 morning, 2018
Rate: $1400 or $50 per day, or best offer

• It is a on-campus housing and takes about ten minutes to walk to main quad. 
• Utilities and laundry are free. The laundry is right next to the building. 
• The apartment is fully furnished and with a bedroom, a bathroom and a shared kitchen. 
• The room is on the first floor.
