Hi

I have a 2BR/1BA apartment in downtown Menlo Park and my current housemate is moving out September 8.

I have one bedroom available starting September 9. The rent is very reasonable for the area at $1000/month/person. The apartment is less than 3 miles biking distance from Stanford Quad. Free shuttle to Stanford campus from the Menlo Park Caltrain station which is a 5 min walk from the apartment. It is also very close (5 mins walking distance) to Trader Joe's, Walgreens, Safeway etc. There is 1 free parking spot and plenty of free street parking.

I like to keep the apartment clean and would like my housemate to do the same. My preferred housemate would be quiet and responsible. No smoking and no pets.
