$1000 1 bedroom available in 2Bed/1Ba in Downtown Menlo Park

Hello

I have a 2BR/1BA apartment in downtown Menlo Park and my current housemate is moving out September 8.

I have one bedroom available starting September 9. The rent is very reasonable for the area at $1000/month/person. The apartment is less than 3 miles biking distance from Stanford Quad. Free shuttle to Stanford campus from the Menlo Park Caltrain station which is a 5 min walk from the apartment. It is also very close (5 mins walking distance) to Trader Joe's, Walgreens, Safeway etc. There is 1 free parking spot and plenty of free street parking.

I like to keep the apartment clean and would like my housemate to do the same. I am looking for a housemate who is clean, friendly and responsible. Preferably someone young and sociable who is up for the occasional hangout or conversation and might have shared interests. No smoking and no pets. Single person only.
