- Available by 4/1 or one week sooner.
- Sized ~150sf, two windows, hardwood floor, wall-to-wall closet. Furnished with queen bed with new memory foam mattress, desk and chair (can be unfurnished). Share bathroom with another female housemate.
- Utility included in rent (Comcast standard channels in the room, wifi 105 mbps, water, electricity, gas, garbage, sewer.)
- No smoking, no drug, no pets.
- SINGLE occupancy/NO COUPLE/No kids/No overnight guest.
- 6 months lease. To move in, first and last month rent $2000 and deposit $1000 (refundable deposit to cover any potential damage, cleaning if required). Less than 6 months: $1100/month or $300/week.

- residents (all female): currently 2 scientists working at Stanford (1 will be returning to Europe so her room will be available), 1 scientist working in Pharma, 1 girl working tech company.
Looking for single professionals with stable day job working outside of this house or graduate students/postdoc; respectful and thoughtful for housemates' schedule; financially responsible and keep the shared area and own rooms clean.
